| I will make this brief :1 Yes the customer was satisfied ONLY after you MADE RIGHT the "bait and switch" of heads you tried to swap out for the "na heads." He bought a complete "twin turbo" rebuilt motor from you. You, then stated after you tried the tt to na head swap "we do it all the time" and "they flow the same or better." The flow test which was performed by Ash proved significant flow reduction in your na head swap..Especially concerning is your blatant "grind off" of the na head pn on the head so people didn't know what they were getting. Yeah, that's "no big deal" right? Again I will admit a mistake was made and I worked directly with the customer to get it corrected to his satisfaction. All the other stuff is your own interruption of what happened. In the end the customer was taken care of and is happy. So all the he said she said BS doesn't really matter. :2 Sgp and Ipp was/is both run by you...but it really doesn't matter because you represented and managed SGP and I talked directly to you. Not Mark, You.. You fed me all that bullshit about the heads being the same and were pretty fuckin arrogant about it to be honest.. Not Mark, you. "Fool me once, shame on you. Evidently numerous others, who have had motors rebuilds from you and are valuable assets to this Zforum and community are posting up negative shit..Doesnt surprise me one bit. I asked you if you had any information that Import Parts Pro(my company under my control) had sold N/A heads as TT heads in the last 8 years. Unless you can prove other wise I am going to say the correct answer is NO :3 Yes several.. One of them posted on this thread..and obviously If Maglito and Aliaz are questioning also and have fixed your lack of build, well What a coincidence? eh? Unless you can give me some hard evidence(not hearsay/second hand info) that I have screwed someone over while running IPP I will say that we will have to disagree on this one. And I will let the highlighted area speak for itself after everything that was revealed in this very thread.
